Chicken Parmesan:

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup melted butter
2-3 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbs Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 cup dried parsley

Mix together the butter, garlic, Dijon, and Worcestershire in dish or bowl. Mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan, and parsley together in another (use a different bowl). Dip the chicken in the butter (make sure it's thawed), then in the bread crumbs, then place in a buttered or greased 9x9 or so pan. Make sure you have something that fits in your oven before starting.

Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes, until done through.

Spaghettini Aglio Olio:

8 ounces angel hair pasta
1/4 olive oil
2 -3 large cloves of garlic, minced
Grated Parmesan cheese

Boil the water for the pasta and heat the oil in a small pan. When the water boils and you add your pasta, stir it quickly so it doesn't stick.

Add the minced garlic to the oil. Do not overheat or the garlic will taste bad. You just want it softened and warmed. Drain the pasta. Mix with the oil and garlic and top with grated Parmesan cheese.
