Meatloaf:

1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1 small onion
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup or barbecue sauce

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Chop your onion and mince your garlic, then mix your ingredients in a large bowl. Whatever you do, don't mix in the ketchup/barbecue sauce yet. Trust us. Mix well. Once that's done you'll want to put the mixture into a loaf or baking pan and shape into a loaf. Now is when you will spread your sauce over the top.

Bake anywhere from 1 to 1 1/4 hours. If you're using a meat thermometer (that's a real thing, pervert), you'll want the meatloaf to get to 160 degrees.

Baked Potatoes:

4 large potatoes
Canola oil
Salt

Heat your oven to 350 degrees. Wash your potatoes in cold water, dry, then use a fork to poke some holes in them so the moisture can escape while they're cooking. Coat the potatoes lightly with oil, then sprinkle with salt, and place on a baking sheet. Cook for roughly an hour.

Be careful when you take them out. They're going to be pretty hot when they come out of the oven, so be careful.
